I put one on one of my Karmann Ghias years ago and it worked fine. It has more of a rotary sounding motion than the "cube" pulse pump. It worked fine but was twice as big and twice the cost of a cube pump, so I'm not sure what the attraction would be, other than the higher minimum dry lift height is a requirement.
