I have had problems for several months with my web site being blocked by a
number of ISPs. ?I can't imagine why as there is nothing on there that should
trigger a virus or porn detection or anything like that. ?It's just airplane
stuff. ?That's why I moved the web site, but apparently the new site has the
same issue. ?It seems to be something that neither the web host, nor I can fix.

If one can't access the web site, often times you can work around it by using a
proxy server. You can Google proxy server, or go to
<http://www.publicproxyservers.com/proxy/list1.html> and select a server. ?Once
the proxy page loads, then plug in my URL http://jscott.uphero.com into their
proxy window. ?Proxy servers are a way to either mask your IP address, or work
around firewalls and filters that are surreptitiously filtering web sites.
?Sorry for the issues, but it seems to be something beyond my capacity to fix.
