Another jpg enclosure test, which brings up this question. If I limit filesize to 100K or so, and educate folks on how to shrink and compress their files so they are postable, is this a good idea? After all, we all have real computers now. Back in 1998 when I was in England and people like Richard Mole were on very expensive dial-up, getting a 100k file was excruciatingly slow and costly. Now it's not a problem...
