I returned to a local KR1 project today for some photos to share with the net.

The folding wing is a one man process: remove the pins, pull the wing panel outboard (it is spring loaded) and rotate it to the rear.

It will fly with a 2si 70 hp two cycle water cooled engine. The builder is this far along in just 13 months and hopes to be flying by midsummer. I'm pushing him to make Lee Summitt but that will be a stretch so to those attending, this will be your last chance for any trophies.

I encouraged Dennis to join the net so you may be able to e-mail him direct in the near future. Just don't slow down his building.
