Hello,

more than one month in kopete git tree are new features. here is short list of
them which could be
interesting and will be in next version of Kopete released with KDE:

* added support for SOCK5 proxy in ICQ protocol (before only HTTP type was
supported)
* added support for using system proxy settings in ICQ protocol
* added support for audio calls (both protocols google libjingle and real
jingle) via google's library
libjingle for *all* jabber accounts and enable it by default (before it worked
only for @gmail.com
accounts)
* updated libiris library from upstream which implementing jabber/xmpp protocol
in kopete
* added contact property custom name and support for preferred display name
type - this means that it is
possible to distinguish and choose between custom name stored on server list
and contact custom/nick name
* when sending PGP signed or encrypted message via jabber protocol and
recipient support XEP-0027
(Current OpenPGP Usage), then message is wrapped into XEP-0027 xml block
instead in normal body of
message
* show full range of jabber priorities in account config dialog
