Hello, for Kopete KDE 4.12 there are not a lot of visible changes. More work was done in cleaning code, fixing compile warnings, krazy fixes and fixing bugs from bugzilla. Maybe you can add info that kopete has updated otr plugin - now using libotr 4.0.0 (which also fixed more bugs) and jabber protocol has support for XEP-0264: File Transfer Thumbnails.
