I connect to 2 Jabber networks with Kopete. GTalk and Facebook. In GTalk I am able to go to "Edit User Info" and fetch and edit the vCard (set Nickname), but I have to do that everytime I restart Kopete. Apparently it does not save to the server just locally.
In Facebook when I go to "Edit User Info" it says "Error: vCard could not be fetched correctly". Because of this, I cannot set the Nickname and I get "facebookun...@chat.facebook.com" in my IM window. Currently I only care about Nickname so if I can set these things manually that would be ideal.
