Great! I am going to commit the core Kopete part this evening then.
Moving the plugin to extragear sounds like a good idea indeed. I need to
review the policies wrt getting code included in extragear.

Mmm... yes, I need to improve my cmake-fu. This will be in extragear
anyway, so it shouldn't affect trunk.
