Indeed, I was wrong, it's 2.6.3 which does support this:
http://www.cmake.org/files/v2.6/CMakeChangeLog-2.6.4  "- Add

Now it's narrowed down, should the version requirement be pumped up or
fixed expressions to support same version than rest of KDE does?
For example 2.6.2 is mentioned in here:
