I can confirm on Ubuntu Gutsy, Ubuntu Hardy, Ubuntu Feisty, Debian Testing
(Lenny) and Debian Sid.
Kernels: 2.6.18-2.6.24
Qt: 3.3.5-3.3.7, 4.3.1
KDE: 3.5.5, 3.5.7, 3.5.8, 4.0.0
Kopete: 0.12.2-0.12.7, 0.50.0
The same issue happens on all the versions that i mentioned (and of course,
using the KDE/Qt/Kernel/Kopete native to whatever distro/version), 2 different
Verizon DSL connections, 1 Qwest DSL Connection and 1 Comcast connection. Also,
the issue does not happen with CenterIM, Pidgin, Fire (for Mac) or Adium.
