I am not quite sure whether I understood Nicolas correctly. But IMHO there is
indeed some bug in the auto spell check: it is always reset to
KopetePrefs::prefs()->spellCheck(), thus, ignoring the per-contact setting.
KopeteChatWindow::toggleAutoSpellChecking() toggles the spell checking
correctly, but then it calls KopeteChatWindow::updateSpellCheckAction(). There,
the spell checking is reset to KopetePrefs::prefs()->spellCheck() eventually.
So, you cannot uncheck the auto spell checking if you have enabled it in the
preferences. And, you cannot check it if you have disabled auto spell checking
in the preferences.
