We have found the problem :-)
I've done some test and it seems that only for some contacts the "send file" is
disabled:
I've got this messages on shell:
kopete(10184)/kopete (oscar - raw protocol) UserDetails::parseNewCapabilities:

I don't know the client of the receivers. I'm waiting an answer from them. I'll
let you know as soon as possible!

P.S: Sending a file to an ICQ contact (with adium 1.2) is working, but
receiving doesn't: the transfer stop at beginning (same as bug #155194).
The client of the receiver says that the file is waiting for the accept, but
I've accepted it :-(
