I'm actually not sure if the feature is implemented already or not. In my
version of kopete (0.12.5) only XEP-0022 is used which is as far as I know
deprecated. XEP-0184 is very usefull and is implemented already in Miranda and
bombus and soon will be implemented in tkabber and mcabber. So I wish, that my
favorite IM will also implement it.
