By the way, encoding is still not working well for non-contacts. When someone
sends me a message I can read it well, but the other side doesn't receive the
message in CP1251 (likely ISO-8859-1). Only after adding the contact to my
contact list the messages are going well. Almost the same problem happens with
UTF-8, however in this case remote contacts send me wrong messages (mostly QIP
& Jimm) - I see only UTF-8 symbols (likely sent in cp1251).
