Kopete is always sending the whole vcard + avatar image after changing your
presence. This effects high traffic and is not neccessary. Instead Kopete
should include the avatar hash in presence broadcast. This would be xep-0153
conform! Other clients can compare Kopete's hash with their local saved avatar
image and do not have to download it again. Mainly cellphone users will benefit
of less traffic.
