A few things about that dialog:
I don't know how good the English version is, but in the German it's hard to
understand that these contacts aren't on the server-side contact list. That
should be improved.
A second thing is that there is missing a possibility to delete these contacts
on the local list, because you could have deleted the contacts with another
client and you really don't want them any more.
And a last thing: there is shown only the number and there's no possibility to
take a look at the contact details. That's not very user-friendly.
