I am using 0.12.3 from openSUSE KDE 3.5.5 "release 45.1" and am observing the
exact same phenomenon. I can actively chat with a contact who is logged in
using yahoo instant messenger (yahoo v.8.0.0.506 BETA), but the title bar
claims he is offline. A second contact (who appears online) can simultaneously
confirm that the contact in question is indeed online.
