On IRC servers that support +a (admin status), if a user is admin on join, the
client considers there name to be &Username for the userlist and will not
update it even if they leave (since all the other messages handle it right).
Reproduce
1) Server: irc.devhat.net Channel: #lobby
DevBot (always admin) should be there, and the userlist should name it
&DevBot
Expected
DevBot is named DevBot
