It is hard to figure out if this is supported or not. I am using Kopete 0.12
Beta1 and neither dropping a file on the contact in contact list, nor in the
chat window gives any indication the dropping of the file was "registered".
I seem to have to drop files all over the place, praying that at least one of
these places supports drag-n-drop for file transfer.
Just a simple message "awaiting acceptance for file transfer" in the chat would
really help.
