the MSNFTP protocol is an *OLD* protocol and *IS* implemented in kopete since
2002
Kopete by default use the new SLP protocol to send file over MSN, an option to
use MSNFTP instead should be trivial to add.
The implementation of the new SLP protocol is anyway partial, since it doesn't
handle dirrect conexion yet
Coding Slave was working on a full implementation, but we have no news from him
