In our test session, we noticed that with devel-0.12 in both ends, we couldn't
get any webcam activity. So, we started to test it more... 0.11(.1) can send to
0.12, but not other way around. 0.11 <-> 0.11 seems to work just fine so
somethings broken in 0.12 webcam sending I think.
