Hello. I just checked the new version (Kopete 0.11 from kdenetwork-3.5.0). It
doesn't work for me. Indeed I can see the menu to choose an encoding for my ICQ
contact, I tried cp1251, my friend can read my messages ok, but I receive from
him something unreadable, just as it was with my old Kopete. My system locale
is UTF-8.
