The data gets written in chunks and periodically get back to 0.
Matt, what I was meaning is that maybe there is some kind of bad interaction
between the hacky way to display the KIO progress dialog and KIO itself might
be causing the issue.
If things reappears after a KDE restart, and I'm quite sure it doesn't happen
for just quit/restart of kopete, it has to be touched by something outside
Kopete scope, and KIO is the only thing I can think of..
