Hi Paul, you might want to also check the existence and content of the following files:
/etc/koha/apache-shared-intranet-plack.conf /etc/koha/apache-shared-opac-plack.conf as well as their references within the file of this instance-based name: /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/library.conf If you somehow wound up with an Apache configuration that isn't being managed by the Koha tools, then it could be interfering.
