Hi!

Some time ago there was a minor change in Koha's phrasing, but it is a bit 
confusing for users.

When you check-in an item that was already checked-in earlier (for example by 
check-in machine), Koha shows you a bit confusing message:

"Item was not checked in. Not checked out"

But, actually you just did process it through the "check-in", but this message 
makes you wonder, if something went wrong. I think that earlier this was simply 
phrased "Not checked out", without the red, bolded phrase that says "Item was 
not checked in". What's the reason behind this change? Could we just reverse 
this back or change the phrasing somehow?  I think this is not good user 
interface design, even though it's technically correct, since the item's status 
did not change here.
