Hi, you can only add records to lists using barcodes or biblionumbers, an SQL query can currently not be used. Maybe file a bug report with this idea?
Another option to promote new items is a search link added to the OPAC in a prominent place. You could for example create a search that looks for items with a date accessioned date in the current month and sort it from new to told. Hope this helps, Katrin On 26.07.24 08:28, Kazım ŞENTÜRK wrote:
Hello, I have created a SQL Query about the newly entered books. I have a list called New Books in the Lists module. In order to keep the list up to date, I run the SQL Query and save the list to my computer, get the barcode numbers and add them to the New Books list in the User lists. These operations cause a waste of time. Is there a way to add the SQL Query to the User Lists? Do you use a different method to promote books that are newly entered into Koha?
