By default link will use MARC 999c (for MARC21).
Do you have the biblionumber linked to this field ?

I've ran koha-rebuild-zebra, batchRebuildBiblioTables.pl and
batchRebuildItemsTables.pl.
All three give errors with some problem biblio records, which I have
deleted, but they still show in the errors. Only rebuild-zebra actually
completes, the other two crash.
