E.g.: in MARC21slim2intranetDetail.xsl you should remove after <xsl:when test="@tag=100 or @tag=110 or @tag=111"> these two tags: <xsl:call-template name="chopPunctuation"> and <xsl:with-param name="chopString"> (with its closing tags).
