There doesn't appear to be any method to import books from OpenLibrary
and nor would I use it if it was available as the data is not reliable.
However for book covers it's quite useful.
If you want to import books data then why not use one of the very many
free, reliable Z39.50 sources available. We use the British Library, the
Bodlean and the Library of Congress.
