Dear all, I'm not a developer, and as I mentioned before, I'm stuck with an inoperable library catalogue due to the fact that I can't update to the latest version because "Older databases fail to upgrade due to having a row format other than "DYNAMIC"".

Obviously I must login to mysql and perform some actions. What actions are those? Can someone point me to detailed instructions?
