I was looking for them in Tools->Notices and slips but was not able to map the receipts and invoices. The link you mentioned is great. I tried using Help on the Koha interface. It took me to this link https://koha-community.org/manual//22.05/en/html/tools.html#existing-notices-and-slips where i did not find ACCOUNT_DEBIT and CREDIT you mentioned.
