Hi I am using Koha 21.11.13.000 in ubuntu 20.04 I detect a problem when I edit the koha item type from 'book' to 'gift' and create circulation and fine rules for the same. This was on 31 January 2023 up to that fine was generated for overdue items. 01 February 2023 onwards no fine was generated to overdue items. I manually ran the script for fine calculation and rebooted the system but the problem was still there.
Another issue noted, when I try to collect the fine after returning the overdue items (fine was generated up to 31 January 2023) by clicking the 'make payment' button it is not showing in the Account section. At the same time the fine is showing in the account section when we try to collect the fine without returning the overdue item. I checked with my friends and they are also getting the same issue 'fine is not generating' in the koha versions 21 and 22.
