Hi Naveen, You could do this with JavaScript added to the IntranetUserJS system preference, but as far as I know there's no other way. This line of JavaScript, for instance, moves the "non-public note" field from the bottom of the add/edit items form to the top:
$('#subfield952x').parent('li').prependTo('#cataloguing_additem_newitem ol') If you want to change the order of many of these fields, it would be quite a bit of customization.
