Hi Russel, all good tips so far. You can also use MARCEdit to validate your MARC record, to see of fields like LDR and 008 have the correct length.
I am also afraid that there is something odd about the field mapping too. For example 020 and 022 ISBN and ISSN, but in your record they appear to hold quite different information. Similar for the other fields. Your record doesn't appear to be MARC21 or UNIMARC, nor MAB.
