your system seems to have not upgraded correctly
these are the correct versions of the following debian packages for koha 21.05
on stretch
libmojolicious-perl 8.12
libjson-validator-perl 3.25
libmojolicious-plugin-openapi-perl 2.16
try the following command to complete the upgrade...
$ sudo apt install koha-common
