Hello Vinod, Yes it's a known bug, there is a javascript syntax error on the page. See bug 26361 https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=26361 Hopefully we are going to release new versions for 20.05.x and 19.11.x (which is affected too).
