Hello Nirakar, You must use koha-foreach, so you (1) solution.
The relevant error is "Connection error from localhost on port 25 () at /usr/share/koha/bin/cronjobs/process_message_queue.pl line 92." Make sure your MTA is configured correctly, and running on port 25. You can use the sendmail command to test it.
