Hi, if barcode reader reads codes with wrong coding, just set other codepage, like for Belegium- We use Honeywell readers without problems om Linux, macOS and Widows. Tablets are good for inventory. Some libraries use notebooks, all-in-one PC or Raspberry Pi sets too.
