Hi Jo, We recently did the same thing, except we purchased a plain Dymo 450 (not the Turbo model). I found that I needed to tweak the printer settings on the computer and the browser to get them to display and print correctly. Things to check are the label size that is selected in the print dialog box, as well as the margins and header/footer settings in the page setup. All of these settings will depend on both the browser and your computer's operating system. For example, I was able to access different page settings in Firefox for Windows than Firefox for Mac OS X. Adjusting the margins in Chrome are trickier, too.
I didn't have the experience you're describing (blue dots going around in a circle), but I would suggest looking at your printer settings and page setup.
