Hello Owen, Thanks for getting back to me on my query and sorry for not replying sooner. We are using version 17.05. There are no upgrades to koha, Mysql or the server. There are no changes whatsoever and no one has accessed the server. Kindly guide me on how to access the error logs and I will do so. Am very grateful for any assistance Thank you
