You didn't say what version you're on but here is the 18.11 documentation for that: https://koha-community.org/manual/18.11/en/html/tools.html#batch-patron-deletion-anonymization You can set criteria to delete the patrons so it sounds like simply using the "expiration date before..." option is sufficient for you. Or it may be easier to create a list of all the patrons then choose to delete everyone in the list. Whenever we do any batch patron operation, we try to use patron lists. If you have a report that pulls all the barcodes for the patrons, you can pretty easily paste the results to make a list of them all.
