Still there won't be anyone here with a magic crystal ball able to help you. You will need to go to the log files of your webserver and get the actual error.
On Ubuntu you might be lucky to look in the file /var/log/apache/error.log or /var/log/apache/access.log. But then again already the operating system is guesswork.
