Our IT recently updated our virtual computer from Debian 6 to 9, and updated Koha from 3.18 to 18.11. However, it seems on a daily basis, the mysql server keeps crashing and either we have to restart the computer or IT does some other magic. Has anyone encountered this error before? Does it have any relation to Koha not being set up properly? Software error:
