Dear All Ref to Bug: 22869
I got the following error message while searching a vendor (which is available) or adding a new vendor: Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl5/5.26/DBI.pm line 2081. I've migrated database from an old version to 18.11.05 (Ubuntu 18.04 LTS).
