We have bought a new 3M self-check machine from the Bibliotheca to work with Koha.
Unfortunately, the vendor said that they cannot ping the IP with the port no but there is no response and show wrong IP no. Just wonder if there should be a way to find the correct IP & port no to use and also how to set it up properly in Koha. The self-check vendor has shown us that the self-check by itself can work but just can’t communicate with Koha.
