Yes, i know they consist of two records. when I imported record into Koha, That was only bibliographic record but then i manually added items for 2 of the records. The report I created is also showing me add items of records and that include those two items. Did you check the log files in directory /var/log/koha/$INSTANCE, for example "zebra-output.log"?
