I don't see anything obviously wrong.
Please be aware that attachments can't be sent to the list - so they are
not visible to the other people following this thread. It's better to
upload them somewhere and provide the links in the email. This way
others will be able to help.

Created batch of 4-5 cards and looking the pdf generated, I
found that all
the cards are not on page 1. Cards position is not well. First
card on
Pag1, 2 and 3 card on second page and so on..
So please let me what I missed to print cards on same page..
The layout
shows 2 columns and 4 rows but still not good.
