Hi Katharina,
there is no option in Koha to overlay records in batch via Z39.50 at the
moment.
I looked for related bug reports and found:

Maybe you could solve the problem with an external script or tool like
MarcEdit. Exporting the records, completing them and reimporting them
(matching on biblionumber?).
