Hi folks, Can you help me understand circulation transfer tool of items. I'm using the manual http://manual.koha-community.org/16.05/en/transfers.html. Does our system preferences IndependentLibraries prevents this functionality to our staff w/o superlibrarian permission? If not what user permission should I set so that they can still transfer materials?
