Hi MJ, Ad, It seems that your cataloging plugin for 606 calls a Koha Plugin ? Is that right? The first error mentioned refers to Koha/Plugins/Handler.pm. If you do not have control over that plugin yourself, you'd better contact the author or supplier. Perhaps a recent update interferes with the code of the plugin?
